There are are about 200 million tweets sent per day.  How do you sift through all of that information to get to what interests you? One word – Hashtags. Hashtags, or known as ‘#’, are used in tweets to help group relevant information together. By sorting hashtags, you can get a stream of related tweets instead of trying to drink from the firehose of tweet feeds. Apparently an iPhone app for sharing photos. A small company with less than 12 employees with no revenue sold their quirky little app to Facebook for yes, a BILLION DOLLARS!  You have to love technology. Facebook thought Instagram was a threat and they found a way to “neutralize” it by “inking” its biggest deal ever. Not all enterprises are the same.  Neither is how to successfully deliver social learning resources to enhance output, retention and collaboration. In January 2012, an article from David F. Carr posted at The Brainyard shares some of the secrets of successfully bring bringing social networking to enterprise environments. One point that David F.
